Quilts inspired by the bird woman. In her book Lewis & Clark Volume One, Terry wrote about the purpose of the expedition and the creation of the Corps of Discovery. In this, the second volume, Lewis & Clark - Volume Two Quilts Inspired by Bird Woman, she focusus on Sagagawea's life and her children. Seven wonderful quilts, five of which are pieced, two appliqued. Along with the projects, she includes writings from Lewis & Clarks journals and stories about the expedition. Dozens of drawings and sketches of animals and plants found on the journey.
